These Terms govern your use of Roznamaty at roznamaty.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
Roznamaty is a scheduling platform that lets hosts publish booking links and lets guests book time slots, with optional Google Calendar integration. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your account secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: violating any law, infringing others’ rights, sending spam, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or using it to collect data unlawfully.
Bookings
Hosts are responsible for their availability, meeting content, and honoring bookings. Guests are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit. Roznamaty facilitates scheduling but is not a party to any arrangement between a host and a guest.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties (including Google and Supabase). Your use of Google Calendar is also subject to Google’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services’ availability or actions.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roznamaty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or missed meetings arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are indicated by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
